Annual Report – Case Study
For this corporate photography assignment, I collaborated with CAPA Pictures, a photo and motion agency headquartered in Paris. Although they are based in France, their clients are often large multi-nationals with a presence in the United States. One of their clients is Arkema Inc. Arkema and it’s subsidiaries (collectively, Arkema Group) are world leaders in the production of specialty chemicals, plastics, resins, and adhesives.
Working with their communications director across two different locations over three days, we produced a wide variety of imagery that illustrated the processes unique to each location. One was Arkema of America’s main R&D headquarters in King of Prussia. The other was a manufacturing plant in Birdsboro, PA.
This work was primarily documentary with a very minimal lighting kit. However, I had to also work with a handful of their upper management to produce some ‘unposed’ portraits.
